In the resort 400 m from the centre of Rincon de la victoria, in a quiet position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, south facing position. Private: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 50 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 01.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Shop, supermarket 600 m, shopping centre 1 km, bar 500 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop "walking distance" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
"Villa Almudena", 4-room house 200 m2, south facing position. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning, forced-air heating and boiler (100 litres), electric shutters. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the patio, to the swimming pool. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms.
