Outside area was very nice with plenty of seating and a fire pit. Lots of steps within the camper- as older adults this was slightly inconvenient. The owners keep the property very neat and loved watching the stars at night in out own cosy outdoor area. You can't have that experience in a hotel. Not a lot around the area but Sedona (and all the traffic) is about a 40 minute drive.
