The residential area is quiet but convenient, with all the neighborhood services and just a 5-minute walk from the central station , perfect for quick trips without a car.   
 The apartment consists of an entrance, kitchen, and sleeping area with three bedrooms : two double and one with a French bed. The bathroom is functional and complete.
