The Villa Vista in Rijeka, Croatia is a modern, beautiful two-story vacation rental villa that offers an ideal accommodation for your getaway. It boasts a private fenced property spanning 1,050 square meters, complete with a lush lawn of 300 square meters and an angular swimming pool measuring 32 square meters with a depth ranging from 150 to 160 cm, available seasonally from May 21 to September 15. The villa provides convenient amenities such as an outdoor shower, barbecue area, internet access, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Additionally, it offers ample parking space for up to 6 cars on the premises.

The property's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable, featuring a spacious fenced area of 1,050 square meters and a well-maintained lawn spanning 300 square meters. Enjoy leisurely moments by the angular swimming pool, measuring 32 square meters with a depth ranging from 150 to 160 cm, which is available seasonally from May 21 to September 15. The villa also offers an outdoor shower and a barbecue area, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining.

The villa is conveniently located just 1.7 km from the center of Matulji and 3.5 km from the center of Opatija. It occupies a quiet, sunny, and elevated position, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups and expects quietness and good behavior from guests. Organizing parties is not allowed, as the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise. The villa is also suitable for families.

The property is situated 2.5 km away from the sea and the beach, offering easy access to the stunning coastline. Nearby attractions include walking paths located just 2 km from the house, allowing you to explore the surrounding natural beauty. Additionally, you can find both pebble and concrete beaches within a 2.5 km radius.

The villa you will be staying in is a spacious 7-room property spanning across 240 square meters and two levels, offering a south-facing position. It is thoughtfully designed with comfortable and tasteful furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room measuring 70 square meters, complete with a panoramic window and an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only). This level also features a room with two beds (120 cm, length 200 cm), and another room with a dressing room, a French bed (180 cm, length 210 cm), a bath/shower/bidet/WC, and air conditioning. Both rooms have direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a separate shower/WC. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts a living/dining room with a panoramic window, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV (flat screen), all air-conditioned. This level also offers a room with a panoramic window, a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. Additionally, there is another living/dining room with a panoramic window, a double sofa bed, and a satellite TV (flat screen), as well as air conditioning and access to the terrace. The final room on this level features a double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) and an open kitchen with an oven, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a freezer, along with a separate shower/WC.
