Just a 3 min public transport ride from the Old Riga the apartment is based in a traditional Latvian brick house in the charming district of the historical center (Krišjāņa Valdemāra street). The apartment is well prepared for a comfortable stay with carefully selected contemporary Latvian design.  
  
The property is a one-bedroom apartment with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a king-size high-class bed. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.  
  
Everything at the apartment is prepared for you. Coffee, tea, sugar, etc for free.

The neighborhood is a progressive and active part of the city. Various Restaurants, public transports, and groceries are available around. The apartment is located in a very good place - between the Art Nouveau quarter and Old Town.

It is very cheap to go everywhere in Rīga by taxi. The average ride price is 5 EUR.
