Located on the 3rd floor in historical building with no neighbours above; all new bathroom & kitchen.  
The flat consists of living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom. Apartment is entirely newly renovated.  
The flat is located in a typical Riga old & charming building (soon to be renovated, so please be aware) at the last 3rd floor, no elevator in the building.  
The apartment takes place in one of the most fancy neighbourhoods in Riga, only 15 minutes walk away from the Old Town, surrounded with parks where you can have your morning run or feed the ducks. District is full of beautiful Art Nouveau buildings, quiet and safe to live in and close to all the best restaurants. Supermarket RIMI is just 5 min walk through a lovely park away.
