1BR Suite located in the aristocratic Blaumaņa str. (UNESCO's heritage list).  
The building is with a perfect location- in the Riga city center, just 12 minutes walk from Old Town.  
The Suite has a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine, WiFi , Free (if available) & paid parking, storage room.  
Comfortable for Seniors & families with kids (51 m2 on upper 1st floor).  
The apartment has all the amenities that you will need.  
  
The space  
The Suite is located in a house built in 1896 according to the design of the outstanding Latvian architect Kārlis Johans Felsko. The windows of the apartment faces the courtyard, where you cant hear the noise of the city, at the same time all the advantages of the city center are available, popular restaurants, cafes, law offices, shops financial and educational institutions, parks. The windows face two sides of the building. In the closed yard it is possible to park a car, bicycle, other things can be left in the basement.  
  
The apartment has one bedrooms, Free WiFi, an fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine.  
Bath Towels and bed linens are offered. The apartment is back from the street so there are no street noise. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021.  
  
\*There is a bedroom with a king size bed, a big windows and working beautiful fireplace.  
\*The Kitchen and living room is nice and spacious, with lots of sun light. The main room includes living room + kitchen and is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (can be arranged into a comfortable bed) and big windows overlooking to the beautiful and quiet backyard, working fireplace.  
\*Separate shower and toilet with modern hand held bidet and hygiene supplies, washing machine.  
\*Kitchen corner includes: gas stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, tableware, cookware and utensils.  
\*Bath towels and bed linens are offered.  
  
The apartment have everything you need for a comfortable stay of 2-4 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 kids.  
The apartment is located on the upper 1st floor of the building.  
  
Security: closed courtyard, CCTV system, front facade entrance (front door code access system).  
Possibility of free bicycle parking and storage (with extra charge).  
  
Blaumana street has nice café’s and restaurants as well as shopping and wine stores.  
  
Vermances Park - 5 min walking, is great for relaxing with tranquil café’s and nice restaurants. The children playground is excellent.
