Located in the fully renovated historic building "Library House". The building is very elegant modern and functional with a perfect location-right in the Riga city center with just a few minutes walk from Old Town.  
  
The apartment is nice, light and spacious, bedroom with soft bedding, 5G WiFi and satellite channels, an fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine & iron.   
  
The apartment has all the amenities that you will need.  
  
Private storage available on request.  
  
THE SPACE  
Exclusive and luxurious apartment in completely renovated Art Nouveau historic building "Library House".  
The apartment is located on Riga’s most prominent street, Elizabetes, across the street from Berg Bazar and next to the Vermanes Park.  
The apartment has one bedroom, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Free 5G WiFi, an fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine & iron. Bath Towels and bed linens are offered. The apartment is back from the street so there are no street noise. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021\.   
  
\*There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a big window with a view to the roofs and walking closet with washing machine and iron.   
\*The Kitchen and living room is nice and spacious, with lots of sun light. The main room includes living room + kitchen and is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed (can be arranged into a comfortable bed) and big windows overlooking to the beautiful and quiet backyard.  
\*The bathroom has a shower, toilet with modern hand held bidet and hygiene supplies.  
\*Kitchen corner includes: electric stove and oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, espresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge, tableware, cookware and utensils.  
\*Bath towels and bed linens are offered.  
  
The apartment have everything you need for a comfortable stay of 2-4 adults or 2 adults with up to 2 kids.  
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building without elevator.   
  
Security: closed courtyard, CCTV system, front facade entrance (front door code access system).  
Possibility of bicycle or other equipment storage (with extra charge).  
  
Berg Bazar (across the street) has nice café’s and restaurants as well as shopping and wine stores.  
  
Vermances Park is great for relaxing with tranquil café’s and nice restaurants. The children playground is excellent.

Neighborhood description  
The house is located in the historical center of Riga - next to Vermanes Garden and close to Origo Shopping Mall, Railway Station and Central Bus Station. 5 minutes walk to Old Town, National Opera House, various art galleries, and must-visit museums.  
  
Safe and quiet neighborhood. The building is located on a side street with no high traffic and is safe for children. In Vermanes Park, just 1 minute walk from the apartment you'll find a playground.  
  
Getting around  
Looking out of the apartment window you can feel the atmosphere of the city with old roofs.  
You can find many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping centers nearby.  
Riga is the capital of Latvia, home to more than half a million people. The city lies on the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Riga, where the Daugava River meets the Baltic Sea.  
The railway and the bus station to the sandy beaches of Jurmala are just 10 minutes of walk.  
Riga airport is in a distance of 15-20 mins drive.  
  
Taxi  
Taxi from the airport costs about 10-20 euros.  
Taxi from the Riga Passenger Terminal (Tallink Ships) is about 5-10 euros.  
The most popular taxi mobile app is "Bolt".  
  
Parking  
City parking is available on the street where the apartment is located.  
First hour costs 2.50€, every next hour - 3.00€.  
Parking is free of charge from 20:00 till 08:00 every day, on Saturday from 17:00, and whole day on Sundays and national holidays.  
  
For long term parking the closest parking lot is located on E. Birznieka Upisa street 19, which is about 10 minute walk from the Apartment and costs 4€ for the whole day.  
The most convenient way to pay for the parking is to use "Mobilly" mobile app.

#### Very nice appartement in the center of Riga

Very nicely furnished. Kitchen had just enough dishes for 1 day of breakfest+dinner and there was a good dishwasher. Whenever we were lacking something our host would bring it to us the next day. Overall a great experience!
