La maison est assez grande, idéalement située, à 5 minutes du centre ville de Riez et de la plupart des excellents restaurants de la ville + (et c'est LE point positif) à littéralement 2 minutes de l'Intermarché, ce qui est vraiment un gain de temps considérable. Il faut compter entre 25 minutes et 1 heure de voiture maximum pour accéder aux différents points d'intérêts de la région. A noter que la maison dispose également d'un grand jardin (idéal pour les barbecues).
