Rooms are newly renovated with all mod cons (even dressing gowns!), in excellent condition and well presented, very clean and tidy, obviously well maintained. The pub itself is excellent with various bars and beer gardens, being able to stay there makes it even better. Next time I'm in Tewantin, I'll stay at Royal Mail again. Highly recommended."

"We had an amazing stay at Essence Hotel! The room was beautiful, spotless, and had a modern bathroom with great products. Check-in was smooth — reception even waited for us to arrive as we were running a bit late, which was so thoughtful. "The accommodation was very well presented quality furnishing comfortable and everything we needed for the 4-day stay with my grandchildren. Staff where very helpful throughout our stay right from the initial welcome brief early booking in and VIP experience. Location was great just a short bus ride from the centre, the pools and hot tubs where well maintained and great for the kids to have plenty of fun. The grounds where immaculate with well manicured gardens. Whilst the onsite Thai restaurant offers good value and tasting food there's only so much Thai food you can eat.. The site would most benefit from an onsite coffee shop to support the communal areas otherwise I cannot fault the team, accommodation and facilities."

"Communication about our stay was very good, the room was clean and well presented, our room was close to the pool and cafe, the pool was beautiful and the reception said had recently been renovated, we ate breakfast at the cafe and was delicious. "
