The back porch is large with lots of seating. You will get a great night's sleep on the memory foam mattresses on the queen in the master, twin in the sitting room off of the master, and a queen in the second bedroom. A smart TV in the large living room and one in the master bedroom. It is a short drive to local, great restaurants close by and the grocery store. You are able to get mail and packages but it is up to you to check. I do not take responsibility for your mail or packages. We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items. No boats or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked at the house. The guests do not have access to the private neighborhood pool. If the guests are found in the pool or within the pool gate, they will be asked to leave without refund. \*\*Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $200\. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.\*\* We do have some rules in place: No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event. No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously. MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Their house was full, so we searched VRBO and found this gem. Plenty of room for the two couples, but it also had another twin bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the TV was easy to figure out.Open, airy spaces - clean, fresh. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Just minutes from the reservoir, coffee shops, seafood restaurants, everything else.The only reason for the four-stars on family-friendly, is that the deck seemed to have a couple of spots where an adventuresome toddler could escape if mom or dad got distracted.Overall: Five Stars.
