This secluded, quiet, waterfront oasis guesthouse is the perfect weekend retreat. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the house. There is also a pullout couch. There is a large dock for hanging out / sunbathing. There is not a full kitchen, but there is an outdoor grill and coffee. You are surrounded by nature - this is a true escape! If you're looking for the perfect weekend getaway, this is it! \*Wifi is spotty! Do not rely on it!\* The space: El Camino sits between the main house and a barn. The main house is a separate rental property. The barn will be locked and is not for guest's use. Please take a look at the arial photos at the end of the listing to see the proximity of the main house to El Camino. There is a front porch that overlooks Jutland Creek which leads out to the Potomac River. The dock beautiful - there are always eagles, osprey and heron flying across the water; crabs and fish swimming by the dock, and very few properties in sight. It is a very peaceful getaway. Guest access: Guests have access to the grounds and the shared dock. They do not have access to the main house or the porch on the main house. The whole family(kids and me) and I had stayed the weekend before and went to the local farmers market, barbecued, fished, and went swimming.
