I called the front desk Saturday night to tell the clerk about the microwave and she gave me the run around about calling the manager that night. The next morning I called, there was another clerk who told me he was going to get the housekeeping crew to find another microwave. It took me about 5 attempts of getting in touch with somebody about the microwave. When I asked for a discount or something for my inconvenience, that’s when the situation was handled. The staff is always welcoming and helping with the key cards. I wish they had another way to get into the rooms, but anyways. My stay here is always good. I never had too much of an issue with anything other than the key cards to get into the room.
