It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 4 guests. ⭐Bedroom: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair, dresser. dedicated working desk. ⭐Livingroom: 55 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed. ⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer. ⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Electrical stove and oven, toaster and full-size refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, etc. ⭐Coffee bar: k-cup maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar. ⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet. ⭐Parking: large parking lot behind the house access to alleyway. Additionally free street parking that always very easy to find the parking spot in front of the house as well. Guest Access: You'll have access to the whole apartment. Our apartment is perfectly situated on West Grace Street, putting you in the center of the action. You're just a short walk or drive from a variety of attractions. The property's central location offers easy access to public transport to experience all Richmond has to offer. Getting Around: Getting around Richmond is easy from our apartment! You'll find convenient public transportation options nearby, including bus stops within walking distance on Broad Street. For those arriving by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive. We offer free parking in a dedicated space behind the house, as well as readily available street parking in front of the building. This central location allows you to explore the city without hassle, with easy access to major attractions and transit hubs. Other Things to Note: Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch and should use the ashtray provided for waste disposal. The apartment has a central AC/heating system. The thermostat is in a separate room, and we can remotely adjust the temperature for you; just send us a message. Additional comfort items like a space heater and fan are available in the closet. T. 29 mars 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect little springboard to explore Richmond We (two teenagers and 1 adult) came to Richmond for GalaxyCon in March, and we needed an inexpensive little place to stay - and this spot was perfect for our needs. The kids took the big bed and I took the sofa (which was surprisingly comfortable); the bathroom was large and nice, and it was overall just a great spot to come back to after a day of museums, walking around Carytown, etc. Thanks for a nice trip! ##### A. Parking is convenient. The bed felt like an air mattress. The room was freezing the first night. I asked to raise the heat but quickly realized the living room was the only room that would heat up. So the room was still cold. I then tried the space heater but that would only heat things within a 2ft radius. Thank fully it wasn't cold out side the next night if not we would have been freezing again. Also, what's the point of a cleaning fee if you still have to take your own trash outside. It is close to the interstate, there is ample free parking, no extra charge for our 3 cats (most places limit to two pets and usually for a fee), a comfy king bed plus a full kitchen, living room and large bathroom. Check in was simple via a keypad entry with personalized code. Though we didn’t get out to see the town, it was central, close to the science museum, and yet on a quiet street. I chose this apt because of the location and vrbo comments. I was so glad we chose to stay here because it was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and so easy to get to restaurants, museums, etc. Its on a beautiful street with lovely homes so a quiet area. All pictures and descriptions on the vrbo site were just right. The owner also was so quick to respond and helpful. It's one of the best places we have stsyed in Richmond. It was very clean and adequately furnished. The location was charming and easily accessible to the highway. Air conditioners were extremely loud however, and neighbors arrived at all hours of the night, making for a restless night’s sleep.
