The people were nice, AC worked well, rooms were spacious. Breakfast was lacking but it’s alright, everything else made up for it.

The property was great we just had a problem with the people that had the room above because they were jumping on the floor all night & we were unable to sleep. We called the front desk twice but we finally just checked out.

This was a phenomenal hotel. The hotel was so clean. Robinette did an amazing job, and when I had a need, she went above and beyond to give me more than I asked for. I was impressed with her quality of service. Thomas did a superb job staying on top of the repairs and upkeep of the hotel. Every time I saw him, he was improving and taking great care to keep the hotel in top condition. He did his work with such care. I have never seen this type of work in a hotel. He is a TRUE asset. June provided exceptional care at the front desk. She was so knowledgeable and courteous. She was a great and friendly face that made you feel like you would be taken care of during your stay. She even made a point to greet me by name when she saw me and asked me about my stay. I was impressed with this extra personal touch. Justin brought a high level of professionalism to the hotel atmosphere. He went above and beyond to check on guests in the lobby to ensure that they had everything that they needed. This gave the feel of the hotel regarding each one of us staying there as very important people to the staff. The bed was cozy. The breakfast was delicious and had more options than I have ever seen, especially with the parfait bar. The rooms were so clean and very pretty. I especially loved the curtain over the window with beautiful leaves. It created a view in the room that was such a special extra part of the experience.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield but there was one quirk. We arrived about 30 mins before the end of the breakfast serving time to find the main breakfast items of eggs and bacon empty and had to sit around waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for the staff to replenish them. Not what we expected.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was higher quality than most hotels with nutritious toppings, excellent yogurt and delicious warm, high protein options.

We booked solely because of shuttle service. called and specifically asked if car could be left at facility and was told yes. We didn’t want to have to get up and deal with car that early. We get here and can’t leave car and have to move to a park n go. Will not stay here again because other places offer shuttle and allow you to leave car.

We stay often at Fairfield Inn and Suites. Last night we were awoken at 1100pm to a raging room party right next door. We called the desk and within 30 minutes it quieted down as the party moved to the end of our hall. Glad this visit we didn’t have grandkids with us.
