The amenities were as described, though we didn’t partake in the laundry that was located in the e basement. We had a short block and a half walk to the main historic strip, several great eateries and sweet shops for dessert. It is well appointed. My only problem (which was huge) was that upon arrival the city of Richmond was completely without water and therefore the rental had no functioning toilet, shower or kitchen. I asked but was never offered even a partial refund for this enormous inconvenience. I had to travel 40 miles outside of the city just to buy 10 gallons of water just to flush the toilet.
