Bon hôtel pour faire une halte sur votre route.
Bon accueil. Hôtel qui aurait besoin d'une petite rénovation. Quartier sans charme dans une lointaine banlieue. Cependant le bon point réside dans le fait qu'il y a de nombreux restaurants (enfin on parle de fast-food) et un supermarché Walmart à proximité. Si le but de votre séjour est de visiter Richmond ce n'est pas le bon hôtel. Si ce n'est que pour faire une halte sur la route, là ok, c'est le bon endroit. Dernier détail, il y a une sorte de bar au rez-de-chaussée, en début de soirée c'est un peu bruyant mais cela ne dure pas très longtemps.

Excellent service. Le confort de la chambre est très bien ainsi que la propreté de la chambre. Les déjeuners sont bien, mais pas beaucoup de diversité si l'on passe plusieurs jours. Pas évident à trouver le premier jour. Le seul bémol est les tapis dans les corridors, ils auraient besoin d'être remplacés. Ces commentaires sont pour septembre 2014.

Personnel très accueillant et prêt à rendre service. Nous avons eu un court séjour d'une nuit. Arrivée tard et départ tôt.

Hôtel en pierres rappelant un style féodal. Bien situé, un peu à l'écart de la route procurant le calme et pas trop éloigné du centre-ville de Richmond. La chambre et la salle de bain assez spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et personnel à notre écoute.

We had a 3rd floor room next to the elevator and were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was. The staff were very pleasant and the check in process was very easy. The rooms were dated and pillows were too hard. Breakfast was very good. All in all, a decent hotel. With some updates the hotel would get a higher rating from us.

Staff was extremely friendly. This property is a very old building with some modern updates to the lobby. The coffee bar is a great feature. The rooms are large but the bathroom needs some major updates. Did not have anyone service our room during our 2 night stay. Beds unmade and no fresh towels. Disappointing considering the amount per night. The second night the ballroom had been rented out for a large gathering. Our room was 2 floors above the ballroom and was very difficult to fall asleep with the noise. Unsure why the property would not have housed guests who were not participating in the event on the other side of the hotel, far from the ballroom and noise.

2 nights Stay.
The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The bath tub had mold, the towels had visible stains and were old. The AC unit were very loud inside the room, not easy to sleep with this noise. The area around the hotel was very ran down and old. The coffee machine in the lobby was excellent. Breakfast, not so much. I had a banana and a cup of coffee.

Great location for the price - liked it was off Midlothan a bit so you didn’t hear street noise. The restaurant next door looks like a hole in the wall but was really good!
