"The room itself was decent. However, the clerk was useless! Our room was on the second floor and someone on the third floor was loudly banging for over an hour at one time!! And every morning at 5:30 am for the entire four day stay, the banging began and woke us up every morning! On the last night the banging started about 4:00 in the afternoon and continued for over an hour! When I went down to complain, the clerk just gave me a card and told me to call the number. I reached out to executive suites through Expedia because the number was no good on the card, when I did I got no response from them until the next day. And the response was they were sorry for the inconvenience!! DO NOT STAY HERE if you want rest and sleep!! TERRIBLE!!"

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this hotel! The location was wonderful, right in the heart of an area with so many options for shopping and eating! Took us 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Espana and the metro there! The staff was so wonderful and warm. Each morning we we’re welcome to breakfast with an amazing spread, cheerful, and attentive servers who were happy to make your favorite coffee drink! And in the evenings, Marco went out of his way to give us recommendations for restaurants and call to make reservations for us…give us help for traveling routes, and when my husband came back after twisting his ankle – right away, he insisted on getting ice for us. You could not find a sweeter guy. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a lovely room amongst the kindest people!"

"Our first time saying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the service is exceptional. Room was lovely and despite the hotel being on a busy street we didn’t hear any outside noise. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were excellent. The location is also great, within walking distance of most of the main tourist attractions and the reception were also happy to arrange a taxi if necessary. We were celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday and the staff made it extra special so thank you. Would highly recommend."
