A good night

A very pleasant stay. Shower is hot, bed is firm, area is safe and quiet, front desk very helpful. Food is plentiful and good. It's a bit of a way to town centre but that didn't affect us.

Piccolo hotel a due passi da un mare magnifico

Piccolo hotel a pochi passi dal mare su un tratto di costa magnifico. Stanza senza grosse pretese ma pulita e con terrazzino antistante. Materassi abbastanza comodi e doccia spaziosa. Tv e aria condizionata in camera ok, ma frigobar e wifi a pagamento non sono proprio un ottimo biglietto da visita, così come la "minaccia" di far pagare un supplemento se si lascia l'aria condizionata accesa quando si esce di stanza. Si potrebbe voler trovare anche la stanza fresca al rientro accaldati dal mare, personalmente preferirei che mi facessero pagare 5€ in più ma poter gestire in autonomia i miei servizi. Colazione appena sufficiente, abbiamo scoperto dopo che i cornetti venivano distribuiti solo su richiesta e che un caffè o un cappuccino venivano fatti pagare a parte se non si utilizzava il distributore automatico. Personale molto gentile e disponibile e struttura dalle grandi potenzialità se non si perdesse in piccolezze che rischiano di vanificare l'ottimo lavoro svolto. Basterebbe poco per offrire al cliente un servizio completo senza lasciare l'antipatica impressione di voler arrotondare su ogni cosa.

Bad Neighborhood

We checked into the hotel reception desk around 1500. Once they realized we booked through hotels.com. They said we had to stay at the satellite rooms, instead of the hotel. We waited about an hour to be escorted over 3 miles to their apartment complex. The room wasn't in a very nice place. It was in the worst part of the town. No towels, soap, air conditioning, phones, TV, Wi-Fi, nor parking for our car. We had to park on the street. No toilet lid and the shower was to small for my 200lb body. The bed was comfortable at least. We paid the extra 12 euros for a buffet dinner. If your reservation is at 8pm, BE there. They start serving and if your not eating fast enough or late, they leave with the food, so the next reservation times can come in. The food was ok. Worth the 12 euros if you stay up with them. I was eating slow, so they past me up for the seafood salad and I couldn't get them back to bring me any. When I finally got someone that spoke English, she said it was all put up and too late to get any of the sea food. We drove back to the lobby to use the wi-fi and eat. The breakfast was good though. Nice coffee (espresso), meats, bread and fruit. Nice. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

La Residenza Luzia è davvero una struttura bellissima, dotata di una piscina molto grande con un'area idromassaggio. Le camere sono nuove, pulite ed ampie. Lo staff dei ragazzi è eccezionale.
