O atendimento foi o destaque da hospedagem, equipe muito simpática e solícita! O quarto é espaçoso, conta com um bom chuveiro, toalhas em bom estado e estava limpo. No geral é aquele hotel basicão com custo acessível. No entanto as instalações são antigas, roupa de cama simples. O colchão pode ser macio demais para alguns. Achei como ponto negativo o estacionamento que é pago a parte e é cobrado por diária, e sem comodidade, pois ou estaciona na garagem do Hotel ao lado, que é da rede, ou em frente ao hotel a céu aberto, que não traz segurança pois o portão estava aberto durante o dia, e nem sempre o manobrista está lá para controlar o fluxo de pessoas. A região do hotel está em uma área mais afastada de pontos comerciais e fica muito deserto à noite, achei estranho.
