The upstairs deck was filthy with tree debris and no cushions on the patio furniture (which was well worn. The picnic table was peeling paint and dirty. Inside, the carpet was dirty,and fridge and cupboards too. The upstairs rail was very low and loose (not safe) and the inside windows were covered with plastic (torn in spots) which made the inside very dingy. We chose not to stay with our children and grandchildren and lost all but 20 percent of our rental fees. We were very disappointed in how the whole experience was. ##### Jane A. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable, which is high on my list of priorities. The kids really enjoyed the bonus and bunk room. We spent most of our time playing board games, decorating gingerbread houses, and making fun holiday crafts with the kids at the large dining room table.
