The property is only a 7-minute drive away from Kallithea beach and at a short drive from the city of Rhodes. It provides you with the perfect setting for a unique holiday and conveniently accommodates up to 6 guests. Villa Raphaella 2 is a ground floor building. There are 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. This bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. In addition, there are two bathrooms with showers. The villa offers an open plan kitchen, fully equipped for any meal preparation and a comfortable living area with the sofa and the seating area. Outdoors, there’s the beautiful private swimming pool. Also, there’s an incredible sitting area and BBQ facilities to enjoy a gathering with your friends or your family. Rafaella Villa is ideally located in a wonderful natural setting, with lush grass and blooming flowers and trees. The main courtyard offers the possibility of complete relaxation while enjoying the panoramic view. The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the island’s major attractions and just a short drive from the centre of Rhodes town. Koskinou is a beautiful village built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, traditional restaurants, pharmacies etc. You shouldn’t miss visiting Kallithea Springs, only 7 minutes far from the villa. Old Town of Rhodes, an important UNESCO monument of cultural heritage is located less than a 20-minute drive.
