The amenities are as listed, and the owner gave us great directions from the airport. The beds were very clean and many towels were provided. As other reviews mentioned, however, the property does not seem all that “newly” renovated. The apartment felt clean aside from mold in the bathroom. We had a couple of small issues with the shower that the owner has been notified of, and we were told that it will be renovated soon- just something to keep in mind!The location was nice, but since we had a rental car we had to pay for parking a couple of times since the surrounding areas are all paid parking zones in the daytime on weekdays.Overall a great choice with a great price point to be near downtown Reykjavík! ##### Ella E. The entrance does not have a street number and the name given for the door is two flights up, not on the entrance. Very good location, good amenities, but could use minor cleaning. We found it perfect while we stayed in the city. The key exchange was easy enough to find. My phone wasn’t quite working while in Iceland but I had luckily looked locations up beforehand and didn’t have a problem. I recommend that for other visitors as well. ##### Maria H.
