Ear plugs provided as the location was right next to some late night bars. I began a chat with customer service, they responded very quickly and found us another apartment w/in 1/2 mile of our original booking. It was scary being in a foreign country and facing no where to stay. The apartment we were relocated to was larger than originally booked, but we were not charged anything additional.
