The apartments are self-checkin but we offer 24/7 guest service through phone and email.  
  
All of our apartments are unique and individually styled.   
Please note that this property is located downtown, on the main shopping and bar/restaurant street, which is full of life, joy and culture.  
  
The Space:  
Spacious two-bedroom apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 pax. There is a fully equipped kitchen, all utensils, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove and tea/coffee maker. A flat-screen TV with international channels and high-speed WiFi is provided. Also, the apartment has a full-size private bathroom with a bathtub.  
  
Guest Access:  
Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.  
  
Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything is private and for you to use at your convenience.

Mani Apartments are located in the heart of Reykjavik City at Laugavegur 18. Laugavegur is the main street of the city, no car is necessary to explore the sights near the hotel. Place was great, but be prepared for it being loud from the bars surrounding until about 230am every night… it’s a trade off for being right in the middle of all the sites and action and ease of the city. Plus the bar next door has great fun live bands and the restaurants are all superb. I would totally stay again and it feels very safe and the apartment has everything and easy to just pop in and drop things off and head back out! Management was very responsive and no issues checking in.

#### The Best and Worst

The apartment was spacious, modern, and perfectly located. However, we couldn't get access to the property as the designated time (15:00) even though we were told it was ready an hour earlier, and when we did get in, it wasn't as clean as one would expect upon check-in. The refrigerator door was busted (we propped it closed with a fire extinguisher and the freezer compartment was duct taped shut). The hardware on one of the windows was coming loose. The loud live music from the bar downstairs kept us awake most nights until 1 a.m. (not to mention the elevator door slamming constantly). Luggage storage before and after check-in is a welcome convenience though the lock on the first floor closet didn't actually lock. From now on, it's a proper hotel for us with a person behind a desk 24/7, properly maintained amenities, and no unreasonable noise.
