All of our apartments are unique and individually styled. Please note that this property is located downtown, on the main shopping and bar/restaurant street, which is full of life, joy and culture. The Space: Our family apartments are a great choice for 4 guests. The bedding is laid out with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Some of the apartments are studios, where all the beds are located in the same area, while other include 1 bedroom, where 2 of the sleeping spaces are located. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower attached in all of the apartments and a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee/tea maker. Guest Access: Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed. Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything is private and for you to use at your convenience. Very little storage for luggage or clothing. 1st apartment didn't have any hot water. Moved to another that at least had hot water. Very small bathroom with no exhaust fan. No air conditioning meant we had to often open the outside window (door) for cooler air. This meant the street noise was even worse. Bedding was comfortable and clean! Thankfully we didn't have to spend much time in the quarters, except for sleeping. ##### Lance M. Also, the apartment is over a bar and we could hear people all night long. Definitely bring your noise machine/ear plugs. Otherwise, it's in a good location for exploring Reyjkavik. ##### Maria o. This is mainly because of the location and because you need windows open to keep the temperature comfortable in the summer time.
