The apartments are in a prime location in a recently renovated building, right in the city centre and within walking distance of all the city's main attractions. Please note: This is a multi-unit listing. While all apartments are similar in style and comfort, there may be slight differences between them. One of the apartments includes a patio and the others are with balcony, which is available upon request and subject to availability. You may be accommodated in an apartment without a balcony, depending on availability at the time of booking. The Space: Modern One Bedroom Apartment suitable to accommodate 3-4 guests including a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is comfortable for 2 children or 1 adult. The apartment includes all necessities, such as: fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, kettle and microwave, living room with comfortable seating and a modern bathroom with towels and free toiletries. Guest Access: Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed. Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience. The Neighborhood: Freyjugata is located in the center of Reykjavik, close to many cultural attractions. Hallgrímskirkja church is only about 4 minutes away and from there you can walk down the Rainbow Street. “The Pond” (Tjörnin) and Hljómskálagarður public park are 10 min away, and the Harpa Concert Hall as well as “The Sun Voyager” sculpture are by the sea side in 15 min walking distance. If you want to take part in the strong Icelandic culture of going to the swimming pool, Sundhöll Reykjavíkur is a 10 min walk and you’ll find several grocery stores in only a few minutes distance. You’ll find endless options of restaurants, food halls and cafés close to the apartment. We recommend Café Loki, where you can enjoy Icelandic specialties and Reykjavik Roasters café, both only 3 min. from the apartment. If you’re in for some pastries, which we definitely recommend, Sandholt and Brauð & co are both within walking distance. Getting Around: Public transport from here is very good. The closest bus stops are within 10 minute walk and the closest Airport shuttle/tour drop-off/pick up location is at Hallgrímskirkja, only 4 min walk away. The parking around the apartment is paid parking, zone 3, but it's free overnight. You can also find free parking close to the apartment but the parking spaces can be limited due to the popular location. Other Things to Note: Please note that this is multi unit listing, we have 3 very similar apartments in the same building which are all under this listing. It is therefore possible to book the listing up to 3 times. Make sure if you only want to book one apartment that you do not accidentally make multiple bookings. Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request.
