The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious living room. The apartment can accommodate 4 persons, in a double bed and a comfortable sleeping sofa. The Space: This modern One Bedroom Apartment has recently been furnished with up-to-date quality furnishings. It's located in a typical charming Icelandic house from the 1930s. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a bathtub and free Wi-Fi. Guest Access: Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed. Guests have access to the whole apartment and a shared laundry room. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience. The Neighborhood: Eiríksgata is located in the center of Reykjavik, close to many cultural attractions. Hallgrímskirkja church is only about 4 minutes walk away and from there you can walk down the Rainbow Street. “The Pond” (Tjörnin) and Hljómskálagarður public park are 15 min away, and the seaside is 20 min walk or 5 min drive. If you want to take part in the strong Icelandic culture of going to the swimming pool, Sundhöllin is a 6 min walk and you’ll find several grocery stores in only a few minutes' distance. You’ll find endless options of restaurants, food halls and cafés close to the apartment. We recommend Café Loki, where you can enjoy Icelandic specialties and Reykjavik Roasters café, both only 5 min. from the apartment. If you’re in for some pastries, which we definitely recommend, Sandholt and Brauð & co are both within walking distance. Getting Around: The BSI Bus Terminal is 700 metres away. 45 min. drive from Keflavik Airport. If you take the FlyBus from the airport, the nearest drop-off bus stop is at Hallgrímskirkja and from there it's only 4 min. walk to the apartment. If you don't have a rent-a-car most attractions and services are within walking range. You can also use the public bus. The closest bus stops to your apartment are “Bíó Paradís” and “Hlemmur”. A number of buses stop at these bus stops. Other Things to Note: Cots, cribs, high seats and other children/baby furniture are available upon request. Oct 29, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Handige plek in de stad Prima appartement; de keuken is top en heel uitgebreid, de inrichting van eetgelegenheid en woonkamer wat basic. Erg eenvoudige badkamer die verder wel prima voldoet. Goed te verwarmen, ruime hal voor jassen en schoenen. Slaapkamer is ruim en prima. Het was er schoon en netjes en er zijn attente theezakjes, koffiecupjes, ovenwanten etc. Wat ook erg handig is is dat er een wasmachine en droger ter beschikking staan in een aparte ruimte. Het appartement ligt strategisch op loopafstand van het centrum en de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden. Het souterrain-appartement heeft geen eigen parkeerplek maar een blok verder kan er gratis geparkeerd worden. ##### Lucia S.
