The apartment is family-friendly. A crib and Pack-n-Play are available FREE upon request. There are surveillance devices situated throughout the outdoor corridors for guest safety only. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. The apartment was great! It smelled so clean when we entered! It was just as pictured, and close to all the things we wanted to do. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (except there were only 2 eating spoons, so that was a bit tricky, but not a big deal for us. We just washed them a lot). It was on the 4th floor, with no elevator, which was totally fine for our group, but those who have trouble with stairs would want to know that. It is very close to campus and close to everything. The only thing I wish I had known was that it does not get re-supplied with toilet paper, and the roll and a half that were on the holder did not last long. Also the kitchen is supplied with pts and pans and basic needs but you’ll need to buy all seasonings / oil etc. there is not a master bed as this was a college dorm at one point.
