The Space:  
The apartment with an area of 38 m² adapted to accommodate 4 people - it is an excellent choice for a vacation at the sea, both for families and a couple of friends! The space of the apartment offers a living area with access to a private balcony, a comprehensively equipped kitchenette, a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The interior is tastefully decorated in bright colors with marine accents. Guests can make use of a welcome set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and a wide range of household items, such as an iron and vacuum cleaner. For the convenience of parents traveling with small children, you can find a crib and a highchair on the apartment's equipment. A pleasant design and a set of necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories guarantee a comfortable stay. The property is equipped with everything you need to relax and unwind. On the 4th floor of the building there is also a room with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has an assigned parking space in the underground garage.

It provides an ideal location for a holiday surrounded by marine nature. Grunwaldzka Street, where the facility is located, is considered the heart of the village. It is here that you can eat delicious ice cream, tasty fried fish, or enjoy an aromatic coffee accompanied by dessert (40 m - ''Restaurant & Cafe 54'', 130 m - ''Lody Kręcone Szkolnicki Top Cafe'', 240 m - ''Lemon | Pizza & Restobar''). Proximity to grocery stores is certainly also a unique advantage of the location. Pobierowo, due to the multitude and proximity of easily accessible attractions, is a great option for families with children. The oceanarium, which combines education with fun, lies right next to the property, and the amazing upside-down house (''Magic House'') is just a short walk across the street. The 8d cinema only a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
