This impressive condo boasts a deck with a 2 person hot tub with sweeping views of the Selkirk Mountains. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes for the perfect entertaining space. This property is well-situated within a 5 minute drive to both Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke making it the perfect home base for your time in Revy. Hive & Co Property Management provides in person check - ins. Mackenzie Plaza is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5 minutes from downtown Revelstoke. There is a year round shuttle service that picks you up directly in front of the building and takes you to the Resort. MacKenzie Plaza is on BC Transit route 5\. Visit their website for the current schedule and fare information. The area is also very cyclist and pedestrian friendly with sidewalks and paved multi-use pathways leading to Downtown Revelstoke. To access the property we will provide a code for the lobby door entrance and a fob is then located inside the unit for future entry. Access to this code will be provided the day of check-in. The fob is also used for the underground parking spot. This wonderful 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom unit, offers everything you need for a memorable vacation. This property comes with a designated underground parking spot to ensure you never have to look for street parking or scrape snow and ice off your vehicle. Entry- This unit has a long hallway equipped with custom hooks, boot dryers, a coat closet, and plenty of space to store all your belongings. Kitchen- This brand new kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and has a drip coffee machine with local coffee supplied from Dose. Dining- Enjoy a meal at the full sized dining room table or have a quick bite to eat at the countertop seating Bedroom 1 - King bed that splits into twins (upon request) Ensuite Bathroom- A 5-piece ensuite bathroom making it the perfect space for a couple. We enjoyed the open kitchen to living room and the cleanliness was great. The hot tub concept in the covered cedar room and the warm storage area for our gear was something we hadn’t seen before and really appreciated. There was only one hiccup that being we couldn’t get the BBQ to start but it may have been too cold. Overall we all had an excellent experience , thank you! Dave ##### Dave S. Spacious and fully stocked kitchen. Nice hot tub and gear room. FYI- Upstairs bedroom/bathroom has slightly low ceilings, good for people up to 6’ ish but probably tricky for much taller. Convenient walk to downtown and the market and butcher a block away were a great amenity. ##### Erin T.
