HIGHWAY 1 ACCESS \- Turn onto Highway 23 South at the lights where Highway 1 meets Highway 23 \- Continue for 39km \- Turn left onto Sidmouth Rd \- Continue for 700m and the property will be on your right GALENA BAY FERRY TERMINAL \- The ferry from Galena Bay to Shelter Bay typically leaves every hour on the half hour, from 6:30am - 11:30pm daily \- Upon arrival to Shelter Bay drive along Highway 23 for 10km \- Turn right onto Sidmouth Rd. \- Continue for 700m and the property will be on your right There is limited reception on Hwy 23S and no cellular reception in Shelter Bay. High speed Wi-Fi is provided via Starlink. In the event of a power outage, you may not be able to access cellular signal or the Internet. The property is located on 11 unfenced acres. The home itself is set back about 1/2 an acre off Sidmouth Road. There is no public transit to this property. You will need a vehicle. We advise all guests staying in the wintertime to have snow tires and 4x4 for the winter conditions. The driveway is sloped and may require 4x4. There is parking for multiple vehicles and trailers in the driveway (uncovered).
