 Nestled in the authentic Asi Gonia region, just a 10-minute drive from local shops and tavernas, and a 30-minute drive to the beach, the villa is the epitome of secluded serenity.

External Living | Private Pool & Whirlpool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining   
Set within a 500m² private plot, the villa’s exterior is a celebration of rustic elegance and relaxation and is embellished with a 30m² private heated (with additional fee) swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) and a heated Spa Whirlpool (with additional fee). Guests can lounge to their loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. Lounge chairs and shaded areas offer space for peaceful reading or sunbathing, while the charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining area make alfresco feasts a must. Morning coffees and evening drinks take on new meaning when enjoyed beside the water in such a calming setting.   
  
 Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy   
\- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.   
\- Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.  
\- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.   
\- Additional Fees | 50€/day  
\- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.   
\- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

This captivating ground floor Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 120m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts three bedrooms & two bathrooms (one shared & one en-suite), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel.   
  
The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated - one in a folding bed which can be provided upon request at one of the bedrooms and one in the couch of the living room area. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.  
  
Stately graces and sumptuous furnishings create a real feast for the eye throughout the cosy living spaces: • Kitchen & Dining area, Living Room featuring a Smart Flat Screen TV • Bedroom with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00), En suite bathroom with shower cabin • Bedroom with two Single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King Size bed, direct access to the terrace • Bedroom with two Single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King Size bed • A Shared bathroom with shower cabin is also available.

#### Un petit coin de paradis

Nous sommes restés une semaine dans la maison, nous étions six, nous avons été accueillis par Manouso et sa famille, un accueil incroyablement chaleureux, à nôtre arrivé Manouso nous a offert un copieux repas gratuits dans son agréable taverne ( ou l’on mange très très bien), nous avons été très touché par la gentillesse et l’hospitalité des propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins tout le long de nôtre séjour, cadeau de bienvenue et de départ .... La maison est vraiment très agréable, la literie est top et le site au milieu des montagnes est magnifique. Un grand merci à Manouso et sa famille pour leurs gentillesses et leurs accueil, je conseille fortement cette adresse. Virginie

#### Un séjour incroyable au milieu des montagnes cretoises.

Accueil efficace, chaleureux et tellement généreux ( attentions et cadeaux tout au long du séjour de la part de Manousos et de sa famille ). Nous avons été extrêmement touché par la prévenance tout en gentillesse et en discrétion de l'équipe de la villa. Par ailleurs la maison est superbe, confortable, impeccable,très bien équipée,et joliment décorée, avec une piscine au milieu des montagnes cretoises. Incroyable! Excellent séjour, idéal pour les personnes qui préfèrent la tranquillité à l'agitation touristique que l on retrouve sans problème dans tous les sites incontournables non sans avoir fait quelques kilomètres en voiture sur les routes sinueuses et parsemées d embûches (les célèbres krikris qui ajoutent au charme de la région. La villa est plus qu agréable, propriétaire charmant, aux petits soins. A recommander sans hésitation.

#### Quiet, romanic, picturesque get away.

If you're looking for a beautiful home with a gorgeous pool, a view of the valley below and the mountains and sea in the distance, this is it. The home, itself, is modern and immaculate, with a wonderful and pristine pool area. We spent most evenings dining out, but there is a fantastic kitchen for those who prefer to stay home for meals. We had the distinct pleasure to meet and chat with the hosts, George and Helen, who were both so gracious and welcoming. George's brother and father happen to own a restaurant about half way down the hill to the highway, where they hosted us for dinner one evening... on them! The only drawback, if any, is the drive from the airport is a fair distance, but if you're looking for peace, beauty, privacy and luxury, being a bit out of the way is a plus. For my wife and I, this was the perfect place on Crete.

#### Relaxed vacation in the middle of the mountains of Crete in an exceptional accommodation.

The direct communication with the owner Giorgos is perfect. Arrived at the airport short contact with him and when we arrived at the villa was already his nephew Manousos on site to show us everything and give some info. When we went into the villa a few little things were waiting for us next to the great villa. 1 bottle of olive oil, 2 bouquets of fresh flowers, 1 homemade cake and many nicely decorated items. When we came to the in-house tavern for dinner we were invited directly to eat and drink - simply unimaginable nice gesture. No matter what was on our mind the communication with the owners was always perfect. Thank you for the great vacation in your wonderful villa in Asigonia. #### Eumelia Villa een verrassende parel in de bergen van Kreta

Eumelia villa is een prachtige villa van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar zorgt ervoor dat je direct thuis bent op een verrassende lokatie. Asi Gonia met zoveel hartelijke mensen maken je vakantie zo bijzonder. Verweg van het toerisme mag je al het lokale dat Kreta te bieden heeft proeven. Ga vooral eten en drinken bij de fijne gastvrije ondernemers, wij hebben geweldig genoten, dank Efcharisto poli!!!

#### Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Immobilie bietet eine gute Gelegenheit zu einer Vielzahl von Ausflügen sowohl zur Nord- als Südküste und zum Erkunden der landschaftlich reizvollen Insel.

#### Beautiful Villa

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Eumelia. The Villa is beautiful and very well equipped, set in a stunning location in the mountains. The owner, George, was great at giving suggestions of places to visit and was always on hand if needed. We also very much enjoyed our free meal at the family restaurant nearby. We would definitely recommend the Villa as somewhere to relax and recharge.

Top-modernes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie, die rund um die Uhr erreichbar ist und sich um alles kümmert. Für alle, die im Urlaub Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ein perfekter Ort. Für Ausflüge muss man entsprechend etwas mehr Zeit und Fahrerei einplanen. Ganz besonders abenteuerlich: Eine Fahrt über die Berge in den Süden 🤪 Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

#### Traumhaft, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte

Gehobenes Ferienhaus mitten in den kretanischen Bergen bei Rethymno. Hier hat man seine Ruhe und absolute Privatsphäre. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr geräumig, sauber und absolut modern. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, eine Küche (mit allem, was dazugehört) und ein großes Wohnzimmer - alle Räume voll klimatisiert, wenn man wünscht. Draußen findet sich ein schöner Pool mit Blick auf die Berge. Die lokalen Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich um alles. Man wird sogar zu einem Essen im eigenen Restaurant eingeladen. Sowohl die Süd- als auch die Nordküste sind in 45 Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Hier ist v.a. im Süden der Ort Sfakia mit einem Bootstrip nach Loutro zu empfehlen. Im nahe gelegenen Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles bekommt, was man für eine Woche zurückgezogenen Urlaub braucht. Restaurants befinden sich auch in der Nähe (10-15 min mit dem Auto). Für Familien oder Freunde mit bis zu 6 Personen sehr empfehlenswert.

#### Perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Top Ferienhaus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Pool und Terasse mit perfektem Blick in die weissen Berge. Hier kann man perfekt entspannen und lernt auch gleich das richtige kretische Dorfleben kennen. Hervorragende Betreuung durch den Vermieter, der uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gab.

Schitterende villa met een schitterend uitzicht als je voor je rust iets zoekt is dit een aanrader. De villa ligt wel wat afgelegen van het dorpje(s),10 a 15 minuten rijden met de auto, dus auto noodzakelijk. De service die de eigenaar geeft is gewoon geweldig verrastte ons vaak met lokale hapjes oftewel maaltijden.De villa zelf was om van te dromen.

#### Tolle Villa in absoluter Ruhe

Wir (2 Pärchen) waren für eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa von Manousos. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und es ist alles vorhanden was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Ebenso ist sowohl das Haus als auch die Einrichtung neu und sehr geschmackvoll - die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Außenbereich bietet einen schönen Pool und viele Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen und Entspannen. Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, mit schönem Weitblick in die Berge Kretas - hier kann man gemütliche Tage verbringen. Man hört nur die Glöckchen der Schafe und Ziegen. Der Gastgeber Manousos ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. Er brachte uns traditionelles Essen, gekocht von seiner Mutter und überraschte uns noch mit Abschiedsgeschenken. Dies ist an Gastfreundschaft kaum zu übertreffen. Ebenso stand er uns immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub in Kreta, fernab vom typischen Tourismus verbringen möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Ein Mietwagen ist definitiv erforderlich. Liebe Grüße nach Kreta. #### Sehr schönes Haus in der Natur - es war ein schöner, erholsamer Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb eines Dorfes in den Bergen mit großartigem Ausblick! Der Vermieter Manousos hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Wir wurden sogar zu einer Hochzeit im Dorf eingeladen. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Die Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich großartig. Wir wurden mit lokalen Spezialitäten verwöhnt. Vielen Dank nochmal! Der Pool ist mit Kindern wirklich praktisch. Eine Abkühlung jederzeit möglich. Vom Haus aus kann man mit einem Mietwagen auch schnell ans Meer an der Nordküste. Die Südküste ist ebenfalls (für mutige Fahrer) über Serpentinenstraßen in ca. einer Stunde zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus und die Lage auf jeden Fall empfehlen für alle, dies ruhiger und gemütlicher mögen und keine Lust auf Hotelanlagen etc. haben!

Superb villa, wonderful host's, great location. Welcome food on arrival and throughout our stay, to top things off, fantastic meal at the owners restaurant in town, with their compliments, a totally unexpected treat. #### Ruhiger Urlaub in den Bergen

In diesem Objekt kann man einen völlig entspannten Urlaub verbringen. Die ländliche Idylle und der atemberaubende Blick in die Berge lassen einen schnell den Alltag vergessen. Der Inhaber und seine Familie kümmerten sich rührend vom Tag der Ankunft bis zur Abreise um uns. Wir wurden verwöhnt mit allerlei Spezialitäten aus der Region und unternahmen sogar eine Fahrt in die Berge zu einem tollen Blick über die Küste. Für jemanden der seine Ruhe sucht ist das Objekt unbedingt zu empfehlen.

We spent 3 weeks in that wonderful villa. Enjoying the mountain view, the animals and the village down at the bottom of the mountains. The owner, Manousos and his family, have been fantastic and supplied us with fresh greek yoghurt and fruit as well as really great olive oil. He helped us whenever he could and even showed us around on a nice mountain having a absolute stunning view to coast. Thanks a lot for all of this! The villa itself was very clean and is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for some quiet time or just want to enjoy the warm pool this is definitely the right place to be. We spent some great 3 weeks in the villa and got to know some wonderful people. Would I go there again? Definitely!
