Parking is a bit confusing at first, but once she helped us figure it out, it worked fine. Poor communication with global regarding the name lf the site. No where in the paperwork i receivedbdid i see the name of Skymark. That made knowing where to go a little difficult. Communication also poor with documents being asked for. I received an email friday late morning on the day we were to check in that they needed a new copy of my drivers license. Then when i didnt respond right away, they sent another that this was pending cancelation. I was driving all Friday morning and early afternoon and did not see the notes until we arrived at the facility. We had a delay getting to the room. It was very stressful!
