They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! "We were mislead by the owner on the website thinking we paid for a hotel not an air B&B. Paid for a queen bed with 2 twins $ breakfast. Upon arririval we had one double bed & no twin bed but a fold out metal cot ( uncomfortable) & breakfast was continental. Driver had difficulty finding the place. The place was well cared for, great "

"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "
