« The house was perfect! Easy walk to the beach. It was even close enough for my wife to walk back and forth to the restroom. Short walk to great restaurants and not too far from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and the back porch swing was awesome!! Wesley was great and checked in on regularly to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely try and stay here again! »

« Enjoyed the house. I think the stairs might be a problem for some. But the biggest issue was noise level of college kids renting in neighborhood until the wee hours everyday. We reported and complained. But we had four nights of interrupted sleep. »

« We really enjoyed our stay here. The fenced yard was great for our two poms, no gaps they could squeeze through. The front door ring alarm was a little persnickety and easy to trip if the deadbolt was engaged (I’m sure we irritated the neighbors accidentally setting it off all the time 😅). Overall, it was exactly what we needed and we would definitely stay here again! »

« the house was ideal for our family - the kids stayed safely in the poolhouse. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great kitchen, sitting areas, bathrooms were updated and clean. Our only compliant was some of the accessories described were not accurate - the bikes for the kids were not working, only two beachchairs with the others rusted shut, etc. We also had a pool cleaning issue but that can happen. Just can't give it a 5 star with a couple of the "misses" - we would for sure rent...

The location was great, although a little further from beach than what we usually book. Owners were quick to respond when needed and very accommodating. Would book this property again! »

« We loved the Island. The property was nice. The king size bed was a nice plus and it was very comfortable. We had trouble with the dryer drying but that's possibly a setting that could've been changed. I would suggest upgrading the living room furniture. The couch was the only seating other than an uncomfortable swivel chair. The sofa was older and there were not enough comfortable seats in there for my family of 5. I also would suggest getting some heavy duty plastic cups/plates for the kitchen...
