« What a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and bars, ice cream shops and a few stores. The rooms are very nice with a nice bedroom, pull out bed, excellent kitchen appliances. TV in bedroom and family room. Balcony was great to sit out on! The staff are very friendly and very customer focused. The allow dogs it was great place for our black lab. Reasonable price. Nice pool but it is not heated but not an issue during the summer time. »

« Everything in the listing is accurate. The beach access was less than 5 minutes away. There was a beautiful view of the sunset each night. The decks face in opposite directions so there is always someplace to sit outside. The host provides everything you need. Groceries were within 3 miles. Plenty of restaurants and the Boardwalk was within 2 miles. We really enjoyed our stay. »

« Great location! We did not have to drive the whole week except a run to the grocery store. Which we didnt have to buy much, because so many things, like mayo, mustard and ketchup were already there. Even some coffee (it’s a Keurig by the way.) The pool is close and cleaned every day. Small glitch with the AC when we first arrived but the owners responded quickly and got it fixed the next day. So many restaurants and free entertainment within walking distance - never a dull moment in CB! »

« Great spot on the beach- you don’t even need to put on flip flops to get from your front door to the sand. Space was comfortable clean and had everything we needed. Host was easy to reach and answered all my questions promptly. Some great eateries just a few steps away including a custard shop, gourmet sandwich place with great espresso and a seafood restaurant that’s casual fine dining in quality of food. »

« The room was small (which we knew), however, it was clean (we walked around barefoot), private, had all of the necessities and we would stay there again. It served its purpose, a very comfortable place to lay your head. The mattress, was on point- which is hard to find when renting. It does have low ceilings, but at 6’0”, I was fine and stayed aware- didn’t even have to lower my head in the shower… that was amazing. »
