« Habitués de la République dominicaine et d'une autre chaîne d'hôtels, nous étions un peu déçus de la baisse de qualité de service des Royalton. Nous avons trouvé le Hyatt Ziva en cherchant un hôtel haut de gamme avec des chambres swim-up et un parc aquatique. Certes le tarif est assez élevé mais cela en vaut franchement la peine. L'hôtel est magnifique et de bon goût. Les employés sont aux petits soins pour faire de votre séjour une expérience exceptionnelle. Nous avions une chambre swim-up club...

« Nous avions besoin d'un condo 2 chambres pour une nuit. Le site est très bien, propre, avec beaucoup de services à proximité ainsi que la plage. Le déjeuner compris est un plus qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le condo est par contre un peu défraichi, quoique très propre et calme. Pour une nuit, c'était parfait, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport, dans Bavaro. »
