I stay in Reno a fair amount and sometimes end up at the Peppermill. I am still puzzled about why people rave about. The emperor wears no clothes. The Peppermill is mediocre and its location is well below mediocre.

We had a competition in Reno near the hotel and chose Circus Circus for the price point, the location, food court, arcade and Mid-Way since we had several days with 2 boys. Flawless from Start to Finish ... The front desk attendant ( I apologize for not remembering his name ) was the same for Check-in and Check-in out was great. My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable all the way through.
