  • This is a standalone house in a very quiet neighborhood in southwest Reno. The backyard is fully fenced so feel free to bring your furry friends. Private parking for up to three vehicles. Across the street you'll find a small park ideal for pets or kids. Only four miles or 11 minutes from the airport and three miles for six minutes from Interstate 80 access at West McCarran Blvd. If you're in the area for skiing you are 35 minutes away from Mount Rose, 50 minutes from Squaw Valley, and 65 minutes from South Lake Tahoe. If you're in Reno just relax or visit family the fenced backyard is ideal for your pets orchids and comes equipped with a gas BBQ. I think you'll find this house the ideal location for a quiet getaway but yet close enough to all that Reno and the Truckee meadows has to offer.

Very charming house, host was very easy to communicate with, allowed us early check in, late check out…so many amenities, definitely the comfort of home. Hoping to make it a regular place to stay when visiting Reno:)

Bart was an excellent host. The house had everything nessary for the comforts of home The park across the street was so convenient for our border collie getting her rah rahs out. This felt like a very safe neighborhood, and it within 10 minutes of downtown. Would definietly stay again,

Property was perfect for what we needed. Location was great. There was a large back yard for our pups plus a very nice park across the street. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable beds, well stocked for all the random things that one might need. Plenty of room for little ones to run around and fenced yard if you have a pet. Access was easy and was able to communicate with the owner and get quick responses. Would definitely stay again!

House was clean, and well equipped with essentials. Rooms had comfortable beds, and nice fenced backyard for my dog with a bonus of a small park across the street. Check in was smooth, and excellent communication from property owner. The place is on the older side, but very clean and functional. Neighborhood was nice.

Great getaway and introduction to Reno

We really enjoyed staying here, having a whole house and yard to ourselves and being part of the friendly neighborhood. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Cozy home in a great neighborhood

We stayed here because rentals in Tahoe were expensive and we really enjoyed our stay here, it was easy access to restraunts and freeways. Home owner was a great communicator. Home was very cozy and in a great area😎 we can't wait to come back next year!

This place was comfortable for my 2 kids and family. It was clean and spacious enough for us to rest our heads for Hot August Nights. The hideabed is broken. My sons just slept on the coaches. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great house!

The check in process was great, friendly communication with owner. House was clean and tidy for us. Perfect small, fenced-in backyard for the dog. Would remember for when we come back through Reno! Quiet neighborhood too!

very clean and private. There was a slow water drain in shower. The floors seemed to make noise and crack while foot traffic was on them. It was comfortable and peaceful there. The electric outage did not help with the storms coming through.

Location was ideal, but that was it

We chose this place because of its proximity to the person we were visiting. The size of the place was great and check-in was easy. When I contacted the owner for more TP (1/2 a roll for a 1-week stay was all we had) he was very responsive. What was not great was the cleanliness of the place. The floor needs a good scrubbing, the beds could use new sheets, pillows, and blankets - and some new towels would be appreciated. It felt very cobbled together and dingy.
