The kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock. Being only 4years old and 6 years old they caught a lot of fish off the dock. Pool and lake within short walking distance. Can catch panfish right from the shore and there is a fish cleaning shack. Place is stocked with just about everything you need. Kids brought a volleyball and had a lot of fun playing at the volleyball net. Big sandbox for smaller kids. Nice firepit and 4 camp chairs included. New grill.
