The only issue was the wrong access code for the building was sent via a message. After trying it multiple times I checked my email and a different code was sent after the checkin time. »

Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine.Es liegt direkt im Zentrum an der Fußgängerzone, trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht, außerdem ist ein zweites Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof vorhanden, Parkplatz im Hinterhof, schnelle und nette Kommunikation!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! »

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "
