This cabin is very private and sleeps up to 6 people. Sitting on the porch, you have tree house views of the surrounding woods. It is close to the Hiwassee river which has rafting and tubing as well as fishing. National Forest hiking trails are right across the road from the main entrance and horse friendly. It was quiet but not relaxing at all. The couch, blankets, and floor rugs were filled with long dog hairs. It was everywhere!!!! I own a dog with long hair and you will never see it on my couch, floors, or blankets. We were almost ran off of the road by some crazy people yelling racial slurs, and while shopping in the grocery store, we were stared at and given so many nasty looks as if we didn't belong. We never even left the cabin after that. We ended up leaving a day early and was not offered a day's refund for the dog hairs being all over. We'll never go back to Tennessee....ever!!!!! We did have a visit on two separate nights from two dogs which we assume live in a nearby place, just something to keep in mind as our dogs are dog reactive! The decor was wonderful. Nola was a great host. It is in a very pretty place in the woods. Being up high you felt like you were in the tree canopy like a bird! ##### sheila l. I am so impressed with this property! The central cabin for guests to borrow movies or games from was amazing, I’ve rented a lot of cabins but have never seen this feature. The most organized movie library ever! Each cabin has a fire pit with chairs and wood. It isn’t city living, expect some bugs and dirty cars but focus on what this couple has created in the middle of rural mountains. There is nothing like sitting in the hot tub and soaking in such natural beauty.
