Ruhige, zentrumsnahe, gemütliche 1 1/2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung für 1-4 Personen mit freiem Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoß. Sie verfügt über einen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit mit Doppelbett, welches sich in einem vom Wohnraum abgetrennten romantischen kleinen Zimmer mit Dachschräge und Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten befindet. Zur Wohnung gehören eine Diele mit kleiner Küche mit zwei Kochplatten, Wasserkocher, Toaster und ein Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche und Fenster. Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung über einen überdachten Südbalkon. Die zum Haus gehörende Sauna, Aufenthaltsraum und Skiraum stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein kostenfreier Pkw-Stellplatz Die Wanderwege und Langlaufloipen, der Ortsbus (nur im Winter), die Tourist Information, Restaurants, Café, Skischule und das Hallenbad befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Tennisschule befindet sich in 2 km und ein Golfplatz in ca 3 km Entfernung. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee.
