"The hotel looks like it is relatively newly built. The extensive breakfast is served upstairs, and guests can sit outside snd enjoy the gardens below. The facility was very clean, also.
The staff was given four stars not 5 because there was a large group of deaf guests staying in the hotel when I was there, but the person at the front desk couldn’t communicate with them effectively because she knew no sign language. I acknowledge that’s a pretty specific skill set, but surely hotel management could have hired a sign language specialist temporarily for a couple days to ensure the group was taken care of."
