« Un beau petit hôtel au coeur d'Arlesheim avec un personnel au top, très gentil et sympathique. Les chambres sont rénovées et j'attends avec impatience de tester les lits boxspring, lors de mon prochain séjour. »

« Très bonne adresse mais nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait un code pour avoir la clef. Des Suisses charmants nous ont aidées afin de joindre le bureau de rent-a-home mais cela n'a servi à rien car personne de rent-a-home ne nous a rappelées pour nous le fournir et nous avons réussi à avoir le code d'entrée que parce que j'avais miraculeusement gardé le mail qui l'indiquait. »

« attention à bien préciser que les commodités sont sur le palier, bien agencé et propre mais PAS DANS LA CHAMBRE. Quand votre site dit "salle de bain et WC communs" j'ai pensé "commun aux personnes dans la chambre!!! eh non sur le palier! j'ai demandé une chambre accessible pour PMR, et on vous répond l'hôtel a un ascenseur ...mais les commodités ne sont pas équipées de rampe ou d'un siège pour les douches, les WC ne sont pas rehaussés et pas de rampe non plus. A part ce souci de taille,...
