Comfortably furnished with wireless internet and smart TV and it's pet friendly with a minimum $150 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Have a bigger party? Ask your agent about also booking 43 C Maryland downstairs! Gas Grill and outdoor space is shared with guests in condominium unit downstairs. There is one off-street parking space and the owners provide two Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits for guests to use, at no additional cost. Please note there is NO Washer & Dryer. Guests staying less than 7 nights pay an $90 cleaning fee. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. I really enjoyed my stay in the Rehoboth Beach, Maryland Ave. apt. Met all our needs perfectly. All as in me and my two dogs. We had a great time. Even though a nor’easter came through. We made it to Gordon’s pond a couple times. And had great walks around town and around the little lake. The house was well equipped and extremely nicely kept. Everything we needed and perfectly set up when you’re traveling with pets. My only suggestion would be to consider a couple dimmer switches for the overhead lights. It could be rather bright at times. But not a complaint just a suggestion. Really loved the place thank you. ##### Lois H.
