Spacious living areas with comfortable furniture create a welcoming space to gather indoors. The oversized new kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making cooking a pleasure. Multiple family rooms provide privacy while double picnic tables on the porch and a large dining table inside make it easy to enjoy meals together. A first floor bedroom and powder room add extra convenience. Location Conveniently located just one block from the ocean and two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue, this home is also only steps to fine dining and boutique shopping. Situated in one of Rehoboths most desirable and quiet neighborhoods, the property offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. It also sits upon a hill, a rare feature in Rehoboth Beach. Parking Private parking for four cars. Amenities Outdoor shower, Wi Fi, full washer and dryer, spacious wraparound porch, gas grill, and private parking. Things to Know This home rents Friday to Friday. Linens are not provided but a linen rental package is available. No pets and no smoking allowed.
