Just 3.2 miles to Rehoboth's Beaches and Boardwalk, you'll love being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, while still being less than a mile from grocery and liquor stores, Wal-Mart and a multitude of restaurants! You can split your time between the beach, the beautiful state parks, bike trails, nearby waterparks and mini-golf courses, tax-free premium shopping outlets, Starbucks AND just relaxing, swimming and playing at your own "private compound". When you do venture to the beaches, eateries and unique shops in Rehoboth, the owner has graciously provided 2 valuable Rehoboth Beach parking permits so you don't have to pay the meters! The owner also included indoor board games for the occasional rainy day! This home is perfect for off-season stays as well, as the pool offers optional heating, ($100 per day for heat). Guests pay a minimum $300 non-refundable dog fee with signed addendum (2 dog max), and a cleaning fee for every stay. (Sorry, no cats.) Please limit dogs to grassy field and patio area; Dogs not permitted in pool/sport court area. Ring doorbell and security cameras around exterior of property.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the
Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be
supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25
years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the
Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests
occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy
covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of
$2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that
will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your
initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be
automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like
to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for
details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds
or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as
owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by
VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by
the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have
booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from
the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging
Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage
protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.
Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
