Enjoy beautiful walks and bike rides on the Junction and Breakwater Trail through the community’s private gate. In addition, you are granted access to a community outdoor pool and fitness center. Wish it was a bit closer to the beach but there's plenty of other stuff to do in the immediate area too, including restaurants, shopping and water parks. It is close to a major roadway with tons of traffic, but far away enough so that it wasn’t loud. Only thing you could hear was ambulances. The property is about 2 miles from the beach and the boardwalk. There is a community pool which we used almost daily but It could have been cleaned a bit better though. The only issues were small ones and were reported to the property management company after check out and hopefully will be remedied soon. Overall a great condo and very comfortable. ##### Marnie H.
